Accounts Assistant Job Specification

Responsibilities

  • code and log all purchase and sales invoices in TAS .
  • enter all entries off bank statements into TAS and complete Bank Reconciliations.
  • Log all sales invoices into TAS monthly . We prepare these invoices using preset TAS templates and invoices reference numbers . We email invoices to client.
  • Email monthly TAS statements for all clients to derek
  • Complete payroll (COLL Soft package) , supply pay slips.
  • Deal with all payroll related documentation for employees.
  • Complete PRSI / PAYE returns, account for PAYE/PRSI on TAS, and arrange payment using ROS.
  • Complete VAT returns on TAS, account for VAT, and arrange VAT payments through ROS.
  • Code, log and reconcile Business credit + debit cards.
  • Log all expenses based on receipts given by Inspiration personnel
  • Deal with adhoc accounts queries from Derek
  • Maintain TAS books accounting ledgers.
  • Account correctly for withholding tax amounts.
  • Deal with revenue on obtaining Tax clearance certificate.

Requirements
Experienced bookkeeper familiar with TAS and COLLSoft Payroll software.

Local and available 16 hours per month on average to work either from Eblana or remotely.
