Launch of Railway Procurement Agency site www.rpa.ie

rpa_screenThe RPA site was developed after a detailed analysis of the organisations needs and the existing site performance. The preliminary research included usability analysis, user testing, interviews with stakeholders (staff, public, press) and a technical review.

The site was built it in MOSS using a variety of Microsoft modules including Workflow, Document Versioning, Content Management, Translation and others. We built flash maps, incorporated RSS feeds and optimised the site for Google.ie

As a result the site is now used as a strategic communications tool by the RPA e.g. with Press Releases following progress on the Metro North line. Site traffic is significant and the site has been very well received by the target audiences.

Visitors can learn about the impact planned lines may have on their property, access Press Releases, research projects and contact the RPA through the site.
