Description:
Inspiration has been commissioned by one of the worlds leading multinational FMCG company’s each year for the past 6 years to conduct an online global customer satisfaction survey. Inspiration worked with the client in devising the original questionnaire and survey methodology. These have been refined and developed as part of a continuous survey improvement programme over the period of engagement.
The annual email online survey typically targets between 200 – 400 customers, across 50 + countries, multiple divisions and involves localisation into a number of different languages. The survey addresses different aspects of the service provided to customers. These include Quality, Logistics, New Products and Customer Service among others. We have consistently achieved response rates in excess of 65% on this global survey achieving 75% response rate in 2008.
As a result of the successful delivery of this customer satisfaction survey for our client Inspiration were commissioned by their commercialisation team in 2006 to conduct an additional online survey. The commercialisation team are responsible for co-ordinating and project managing the introduction of new products into regional markets.
Reporting for both surveys is highly customised. Final Reports include ratings for each key criteria at Divisional, Country, and Customer levels with each benchmarked versus the overall survey ratings results.
