Fáilte Ireland provide a broad range of supports to tourism enterprises, large and small, to help improve competitiveness in the industry. The performance plus extranet website was developed by Failte Ireland as a comprehensive interactive database of information / guidance to their clients within the tourism sector.

Inspiration won the tender and was commissioned to develop content for the eBusiness and environmental channels within the performance plus extranet. Inspiration prepared the guidance notes. introductions and glossaries for both channels. We also conducted case study interviews with participating hotels. Case studies were written up, agreed with all parties and was passed to the extranet web developer for implementation. Inspiration advised Failte Ireland on the structure and content for a series of self audit eTests which were developed for the extranet.
