Description:
Depfa is a multi-national company specialising in funding for large infrastructural and governmental projects. Inspiration was commissioned in 2006 to conduct an internal employee satisfaction survey for Depfa Bank. Over 500 employees across 4 country offices were surveyed on a range of topics rating on corporate culture, employee satisfaction and new product development. Reporting was delivered through our standard online platform.
Inspiration also carried out some further custom reporting and analysis of the results, and provided graphical representations of these to the clients requirements.
